COACHING OVERVIEW

Lead to Succeed offers a unique and insightful approach to leadership-coaching, which highlights the strong correlation between the acquisition of skills for a person’s personal and professional well-being. Born from a significant amount of time spent enhancing human performance, the program operates through a teach people not content ethos, meaning strategies employed bear a direct correlation to each individual’s personal needs and requirements. The program retains the emphasis on personalisation so critical to the nurturing and growth of confidence and competence.

Delivered over either a three or six-month timeframe, the program teaches an ability to reflectively analyse and uses this fundamental understanding as the foundation of each client’s growth. Trained and highly experienced facilitators meet with the client on a weekly basis over a designated period of time (i.e. for the initial six weeks of engagement for those on a six month program or four weeks for those on the three month program) for the explicit purpose of gleaning critical knowledge and conducting an insightful appraisal of the self.

Based on this period of self-appraisal, the client and facilitator generate performance development plans, which form the basis of their fortnightly interactions to follow. Through the implementation of a reflective diary that the client and facilitator exchange however, both parties retain a consistent and weekly point of contact to coincide with the fortnightly face-to-face meetings.

The Lead to Succeed leadership-coaching program is founded on a number of business and personal development models, all implemented for the purpose of promoting an unconsciously competent (trust your instincts) appreciation. Strategies employed in the process include and incorporate:

Borrowing from a sport colloquialism, the program is divided into a regular season period of self-assessment, and a post-season period of problem-based learning. The objective for the regular season works off appreciating an importance to play what’s in front of you, and includes a series of strategies that culminate in the acquisition of an enhanced self-awareness. It is through this self-awareness that the personal development plans to be devised can truly represent the immediate developmental needs of the client. Where possible (such as in the case of a coaching group derived from one central source or business house), clients are brought together for a monthly group workshop in which various generic themes (e.g. communication, reflective analysis, positive stress, EQ, etc) become the basis of a more formal enquiry. 

In addition to the reflective diary, clients build a toolbox of strategies and exercises (usually culminating in some 40 to 50 exercises, activities or inventories) as they progress through the program. The toolbox is extremely comprehensive and has evolved through the belief that confident leadership requires a repertoire of initiatives and innovations to fall back on.

It is through the combination of the toolbox and a significantly developed appreciation for the competencies of EQ, that a solid foundation to enhance performance (the pinnacle of great leadership) can be created.

 

FEES AND CHARGES

Face 2 Face Coaching .

Lead to Succeed coaching is offered over both a three and six month term.

Coaching engagements over a three month duration involve a weekly meeting for the initial four weeks of involvement, followed by a further five fortnightly meetings. Clients are encouraged to submit (preferably via the internet) their weekly reflective diary for consideration by the coach, who responds with comment, recommendation and/or insight.

Coaching engagements over a six month duration involve a weekly meeting for the initial six weeks of involvement, followed by a further ten fortnightly meetings. Clients are encouraged to submit (preferably via the internet) their weekly reflective diary for consideration by the coach, who responds with comment, recommendation and/or insight.

Face 2 Face coaching is available for all those in the greater Auckland region.

Face 2 Face coaching fees are:

$3,800 + gst for 3 months

$6,000 + gst for 6 months

All fees include back up support by e-mail and telephone.

                      

Telephone/Skype Coaching.

Telephone/Skype coaching follows a similar process to Face 2 Face coaching in that engagements are offered over both three and six month durations. Like Face 2 Face coaching, Telephone/Skype coaching encompasses an initial weekly contact over the first four and six weeks of involvement respectively, followed by five and ten fortnightly contacts thereafter.

Skype coaching can be implemented from computer to computer (broadband essential), or direct to the client's telephone.

Like Face 2 Face coaching, clients are encouraged to submit their weekly reflective diary via the internet.      

Telephone/Skype coaching fees are:

$3,200 + gst for 3 months (New Zealand dollars)

$5,400 + gst for 6 months (New Zealand dollars)

All fees include back up support by e-mail and telephone.

Personal Coaching

In addition to Lead to Succeed's business coaching program, the company offers a personal coaching initiative designed to assist personal clients in the attainment of their goals.

Like Lead to Succeed's Business Coaching program, trained and highly experienced facilitators meet with the client on a weekly basis over an initial six weeks of the six month program and four weeks of the three month program. The express purpose of these weekly interactions is to elicit critical knowledge and conduct an insightful appraisal of the self.

Based on this period of self-appraisal, the client and facilitator generate performance development plans, which form the basis of their fortnightly interactions to follow. Facilitators meet with the client a further five and ten times for three and six month programs respectively.

All meetings are for a period of up to one hour in duration.

Clients receive a Reflective Diary for their personal use throughout the term of their engagement.

Personal Coaching is available on both a Face 2 Face and Telephone/Skype basis.

Face 2 Face and Telephone/Skype coaching fees are:

$2,300 + gst for 3 months (New Zealand dollars)

$3,950 +gst for 6 months (New Zealand dollars)
